Accessibility
We want anybody to be able to look at our rooms, see a real price and book one, without having to ring us first. This page says what we have done about that, what we know is not right yet, and how to reach a person if any of it gets in your way.

We have not listed any accessible rooms on this website yet. That does not necessarily mean we have none — please ring (805) 555-0142 and ask, and we will tell you exactly what our rooms are like.
What we have done here
We aim at the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.2, level AA. We do not claim to have got everything right — nobody who has done this honestly does — but here is what is deliberate:
- Three text sizes and a stronger-contrast setting, in the “Aa” button at the top of every page. Your choice is remembered on this phone or computer.
- You can also pinch or zoom up to five times. We have not switched that off.
- There is a “hide the pictures” setting, for a slow connection or simply less to take in.
- Everything works with a keyboard, and every box you type into has a label a screen reader reads out.
- Nothing moves or animates if your device is set to reduce motion.
- You never have to make an account or remember a password to book a room.
What we know is not right yet
Saying this plainly is the point of having the page at all.
- Our photographs do not all have a written description yet. We are adding them room by room.
- The card payment box, when we ask for one, is run by Stripe and we do not control how it behaves with a screen reader.
- An automated accessibility checker (axe-core 4.12.1) last went over this site on 21 October 2026 and found nothing to fix. We have also tested it with a keyboard, but not yet with every screen reader by hand.
